...and I am still in school, early morning get ups with students that are crazy and want to be on break. Me too! I remind them. Haha though, I made this 3 day week easy on me ... I am giving a test! :)
Oh the joys of Microsoft! Eric and his team rocked, so they all get a good vacation too! He gets 3 weeks, compared to my 9 days! I am glad though, while I am at work, he is home sleeping in and bonding with the kiddos. :)
My goal, after today, in the one day before we have guests come over, so tomorrow, my goal is to clean, decorate tree #2, put up ALL the rest of the decoartions and plan a dinner (for Eric to cook) for Christmas Eve with my parents and grandmother.
(Randome side note: our meat counter at the store now has prepared & marinated and all kinds of meats that you can buy, with directions on how to cook... makes life easier)
Anyways, Santa is coming in 3 more get ups! Tell me, are you naughty or nice?

All About William
In a pumpkin!
How could I forget this!!! Eric had this fabulous idea to put William in a pumpkin and take some pics!

On to November
Well, I guess it is more like on to December, since there are only 2 days left of November.
This month has been awesome so far!!! William is crawling, has 3 teeth and working on the forth, and is non-stop chatter. Yes, we have video of it all. He is also a little pig who loves to laugh and is super ticklish!
To top it off, William got to experieince his first snow! He didn't like it that much and I missed that photo opp... but that is okay, since I am sure there will be a ton of snow this winter. No need to wish for a white Christmas, since we had a VERY white, 14 inches to be exact, white Thanksgiving!
YAY! for the SUPER long Thanksgiving weekend - 9 days!! - (3 days of school being canceled due to unsfafe transportation and we would not of made it out anyways...)
Monday, Eric went to work and it took a little longer then the usual hour, BUT the way home sadly took way too long... he left at 5 and didnt get home till after 11. This left me and my most gracious neighbor to build a temporary goat pen next to the garage, as it snowed and blew a cold a wind. Our first couple attepmpts to get out were failures over the next few days, till our neighbor came over and offered us a trip out to the stores. Eric got the goats their own special red heat light lamp and a heated water bucket, so their water wouldn't freeze anymore. So their 'hotel de la goat' as Eric calls it, may be small, but they are warm and out of the wind and snow. It is now rainy out there, so back in their big pen till the next snow storm.
So for this Thanksgiving I was very thankful for my family; their health and safety, and for friends/neighbors that are like family!! And mostly for wonderful memories that are made daily!

Practice Make Perfect
Preschool has been such a great experience so far for Isabelle. She is learning so much... well duh! You learn at school... but it has been awesome seeing this growth! She has brought home so many great little art projects, that will take pics of soon and post too, but what is almost better then those, is that you ask her to write letters down, she can. Her first letter that she learned to write was the letter 'I' for Isabelle. :)
See the 'I' on the paper?

Also, a few nights ago daddy asked her to draw him and her on the chalk board and she drew two faces!!! So cute!

Golf
October was a beautiful month, weather wise!!! Grandpa wanted to practice some putt-putt with Isabelle, so off we went to a golf course. Of course, after Grandpa taught her the 'right'ways of putting, Isabelle had her own ideas! :)

Preschool Update!
So Isabelle is now LOVING preschool!! There are only tears now when she doesn't get to go, like on weekends, or Mondays.
She and her friend Angelena get ready for school each morning together, get all cute with their clothes (already sharing clothes... hehehe), get their hair all done and off they go. Of course when I come home, I have to take pictures of her outfits and dresses. The days she picks her own clothes are so cute and some of the dresses she wears are so perfect on her... she lo oks like an little Victorian girl. I will post those as soon as the battery is charged.
She is bringing home some of her art projects from school, and of course they must be hung up at home too! They worked a lot with hands and finger painting... then with apples, so I am guessing the letter 'A' since those are the types of art work that are coming home.
Today, Isabelle and Angelena when on their FIRST ride in a good old yellow school bus on the way to their FIRST field trip, which was to the pumpkin patch. William went too, but as a tag-a-long, on his Ist of many tag-a-long trips. Both girls had such an amazing time that apparently they fell asleep on the way home. :) They both got to pick out their own pumpkins and even William got a tiny one too... Yes, many photos will be coming soon... though with the field trip, since I did not go, my friend Tarie, Angelena's mom went with the girls and sadly the teachers split up into their seperate classes, so we didnt get that many of Isabelle, but hopefully they will show up on the school website and I will get them from there.
As for Sweet William... his update ... He is Log Rolling now, and putting his knees up under himself now. Oh goodness, I can see him on the move soon, we are in for trouble and I cant wait! He loved going on the field trip today too, everyone apparently commented on how happy and smiley he was and how content he was to be around all the people.

All About The Boy!
Wow, I can't believe that William is almost 7 months old!! Time sure does fly! He is all smiles these days, chatting up conversations with everybody and anything and with his spiky hair, he is too cute!! This last week, he has done SO many baby things! Where do I start? He has figured out now how to roll from his tummy to his back (about time!): he's a Rollie Pollie!!, he scoots backwards, spins in circles while on his tummy, he is sitting up (mostly on his own with occasional falling backwards into pillows or face plants), and he has his first tooth, on the bottom!!!
We found out tonight, he does not like squash! He ate his first bite of it, gave a very unhappy face and with all future bites he kept his mouth tightly shut! So funny. So I swapped the squash out and put in green beans and those were gone super fast. He loves his green vegies.
And Yes... The spiked hair is all natural!
